1. Services

Affiliated Abstract offers branding, graphic design, digital marketing, and related creative services. All services will be delivered as per the scope agreed upon in the project proposal or quotation.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, strategies, and materials created by Affiliated Abstract remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Upon full payment, limited rights for use will be transferred to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
  • Respond to feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Make payments as agreed

4. Revisions

Each project includes certain rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at certain ammount which discussed with you at the starting of the project.

5. Payments

  • A [50%] upfront payment is required to begin any project.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund (minus processing fees) will be issued.
  • If work has already begun, a partial refund will be considered based on the work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued after the final delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Affiliated Abstract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us will be used solely for project purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
